Welcome to the Juneteenth Edition of Tiny Nest! Today, we are collaborating with the Jericho United Club to honor the voices that have shaped history and continue to inspire us today. “Lift Every Voice and Sing” is more than just a song. A powerful anthem of resilience, hope, and unity, it became a rallying cry during the Civil Rights Movement. In the poem “Let America Be America Again,” Langston Hughes urges America to strive toward its highest ideals of freedom, opportunity, and equality.
