Sunday Selections with Austin & Noah
BY AUSTIN WEISS ’27 & NOAH ZUCKER ’27
THE GAME: Cowboys vs. Commanders
NOAH’S SELECTION: The Dallas Cowboys, who suffered a tough loss against the Panthers last week, are trying to rebound against the Commanders this week. Dak Prescott has been playing out of his mind. He is second in passing yards, second in touchdowns thrown, and second in QBR. George Pickens comes in after a monster week with 9 receptions, 168 yards, and 1 touchdown. The Cowboys’ defense is non-existent; they are the worst defense in the NFL by far. They can’t stop anyone for the Cowboys from winning this game; they will need to play some defense.
AUSTIN’S SELECTION: The Commanders have had an OK season so far, but are not living up to the standards of what everyone expected for this year. Jaden Daniels has missed one game this year to injury and has not been playing his best. The good news is that Terry McLaurin is coming back this week, and the Cowboys’ defense can’t stop anyone. My final score prediction for this game is 33-30 Commanders.
